  MENTAL GAME SKILLS

It is the person, or the team, with the most mental and emotional toughness who succeeds the most often.

A golfer must first be able to “see” a shot in his mind before he can properly and consistently execute it.

Most people rarely think about the state of their mental game.  Instead they make excuses like:   “I’m out of practice, my back hurts, I need a new club,  I’m just unfocused, I don’t care, or I just blew that one.”

Regular use of mental skills techniques is the biggest reason the best players in the world consistently
play well under pressure.

With mental game training, the mind can be reprogrammed to acknowledge You will shave points of your score when you address your mental game.distractions, whether internal (anxiety, fear of failure, the pressure of expectations, etc...) or external (crowd noise, other competitors, poor weather conditions), without allowing them to have a negative impact on your score.

Limiting thoughts and negative emotions are ever present in your game; and it’s time that you
became aware of how they impact your performance and your potential.

Remember when you played a course, a hole, or with certain people, and you played poorly. Think about how you felt during and after that game. The memories of those failures are still with you, trapped in your body and your mind, and they are still
